Pete Hill is a Toronto-based comedian best known for his work with the sketch comedy troupe Approximately 3 Peters. He has improvised at the Toronto Improv Festival as part of the troupe Raptor Vs. Fox, and at the Bad Dog Theatre. Pete is also one of the writing and performing members of the current-affairs sketch troupe The News Show. Pete has also served as a Production Executive on the children's programs Dinosapien and Lunar Jim II.
Pete holds honours degrees in English Literature from the University of Western Ontario (UWO) and Radio & Television Arts from Ryerson University, and is a graduate of the Second City Training Centre’s Conservatory Program. He has also trained with Sears & Switzer, Cindy Tanas and at the Bad Dog Theatre.
Pete has been a radio DJ, a smoker, a running instructor, an ex-boyfriend and the founding Vice-President Campus Issues for the University Students' Council at UWO, all of which have leant
themselves well to playing an insecure guy who likes to act out on stage. |
